goal setting clarity, and motivation. Warm Hearts offers individual sessions as well as multi-service packages which can include:

Warm Hearts Family helps re-build or maintain an active, connected lifestyle within senior centers, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Residents will feel cared for and more at ease. 

We provide family support, social engagement, 

and wellness education including presentations, group facilitation, ice-breakers, breathing exercises, meditation, indoor or outdoor nature projects, chair yoga, and crafts. 

Warm Hearts Family promotes positive mental, emotional, and social stimulation to seniors so they can feel happier and enjoy all their years. We also offer contractual partnerships with assisted living facilities. 

  The Warm Hearts Family cares for children, tweens, and teens in an educational, safe, and fun environment. We offer age-appropriate social-intellectual-language enrichment programs as well as one-on-one and group entertainment, Montessori-based lessons, arts and crafts, and nature walks. Our programs are offered in a quiet, bucolic community in Union County, New Jersey. Special needs children are welcome. All programs are by appointment only. 

Befriending care includes one-on-one or group companionship, empathic support, and meaningful connection. The Warm Hearts Family customizes services based on each individual's needs.
